Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

For 1.5 to 2 pounds of cooked, shelled, deveined, and chilled shrimp, combine the following ingredients:

12        -           tablespoons     chili sauce

4          -           tablespoons     lemon juice

3          -           tablespoons     hot horseradish (refrigerated at the store)

-           1/2       teaspoon          grated onion (or dried onion flakes)

2          -           teaspoons        Worcestershire sauce

2          -           drops               Tabasco sauce

-           -           -                      salt (to taste)

1          -           stalk                 celery (diced)

 

A) Mix ingredients together.
B) Chill.
C) Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
D) Serve shrimp over ice.
E) When preparing shrimp, keep in mind that they shrink when cooked.
